Amsterdam Centraal - Sustainable cable solution
For the construction of a future-proof cable route under the platform of Amsterdam Central Station, contractor Dura Vermeer chose our Utilis Multichannel. This system bundles around 160 types of cables, from signal and switch cables to communication and power lines. Thanks to the high sheath pressure (SN140), the cables remain optimally protected, while the system enables expansion or replacement without major works. Thus, a sustainable solution has been realised that contributes to reliable mobility and minimal inconvenience for travellers.

Municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn - Pilot bundling of telecom cables
For the new housing project Biezenlanden and reconstruction project Waterrijk-Oost, the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn opted for our Utilis Multichannel and CrossCube Access Chamber. With this solution, telecom cables are bundled into a single system with four compartments, significantly reducing the space required underground. The system is easy to lay, can be driven over and provides flexible house connections even when settling in soft soil. The application leads to less excavation damage and lower repair costs and reduces the risk of failures. The expected lifespan is at least eighty years. The successful pilots pave the way for structural application in future projects.

Protection of cables on A10 during Zuidasdok project
Along the A10 motorway, Van Gelder installed our Kratos cable ducts on several bridge sections on behalf of Rijkswaterstaat. The cable ducts protect and support existing cables during the long-term Zuidasdok project, which runs for around 10 years. Thanks to Kratos' robust construction, the cables remain easily accessible and protected from damage. In this way, a stable and sustainable infrastructure has been realised that matches the complexity of this environment.

Wunderline - Smart cable solution for cross-border rail link
For the realisation of the Wunderline, the fast train connection between Groningen and Bremen, our SmartClick was widely used. Swietelsky carried out the installation in cooperation with ProRail and other partners. The choice of SmartClick was based on sustainability and efficiency. The system was made of recycled materials and offered a long lifespan in line with the ambition to realise a future-proof infrastructure. Thanks to the smart click system, assembly was quick and easy which was crucial in a project with multiple construction phases and tight planning. SmartClick thus contributed to a reliable rail connection that reduced travel time and offered a sustainable alternative to the car.
VGB Asphalt
SmartClick supports sustainable Bus-on-Flight project
For the Bus-on-Air Lane (BoV) project on the A67, VGB Asphalt applied our SmartClick on a large scale. This innovative system provides a safe and efficient way to protect cables during the construction of a route that allows buses to use the hard shoulder during traffic jams. SmartClick is quick and easy to install and is manufactured from recycled materials. This aligns the system with the project's sustainable objectives. The result is a robust infrastructure that contributes to improved accessibility and lower CO₂ emissions.

Zuidas - SmartClick cable protection during rail works
Around station Zuid and the Zuidas, Swietelsky deployed our SmartClick PP clamp tube on a large scale for client ProRail. During intensive construction and excavation work, it is essential that cables remain optimally protected and that train traffic can continue. SmartClick proved its versatility in various applications. Both on the ground and suspended, the system ensures safe guidance of cables and makes it easy to reposition or retract them during maintenance. The choice of SmartClick was dictated by durability, flexibility and fast assembly. This allowed the project to be carried out efficiently and future-proof.

Mechelen station - Strength in Utilis and CrossCube
For the rail project at Mechelen station, the National Company of Belgian Railways (SNCB) chose our CrossCube draught pits and Utilis Multicokers. Installation was carried out by distribution partner Vigotec, which ensured efficient and professional execution. This solution allows cables to be safely bundled and protected, with the possibility to easily add or replace cables later. The result is a sustainable and maintenance-friendly infrastructure that saves costs and helps prevent breakdowns. A future-proof choice for the Belgian railways.

BAM opts for Utilis at Police Station The Hague
BAM Bouw & Techniek chose our Utilis Multichannel for the new Police Station Den Haag project on the edge of the former industrial area the Binckhorst. This solution allows multiple cables to be fed through safely and separately in a single system, ensuring reliability and flexibility. With a complex of over 48,000 m² due for completion in 2025, robust and future-proof cable routing is essential. This choice resulted in an efficient installation that meets the high demands of this large-scale project and guarantees long-term performance.

SmartClick supports project Meinerswijk in Arnhem
For the Meinerswijk project in Arnhem, Gebr. Van Kessel Wegenbouw B.V. chose our SmartClick the divisible clamping tube from PION Cable Protection.
